![]() Raising his sword against his boyhood friend when he sets out to steal away Furiae for the Empire, doing all he can to protect her from his traitorous friend even though he becomes sidetracked when catching a glimpse of the dragon breed that slew their parents. When he puts his arm around her after defeating the Empire soldiers invading his castle where his sister The Goddess reside and Inuart, Furiae’s former betroth plays a song for them on his harp. For Caim’s earlier expression at the revelation, I feel his look is of regret that he somehow corrupted his sister though actions he never meant for her to see. Caim looks on in disbelief and denial and grief in which she says in her dying breath (and my favorite line) “Don’t look… at me,” and dies and when Mana (or Manah) possessed by the Watchers starts to laugh he casts her an incensed look. He turns away eyes closed and teeth clenched, many people say that as a sign that he was turning away in disgust that his sister who could neither admit or deny such accusations and instead willing eradicates herself. Number 2: I believe Caim is just as equally in love with his little sister as her feelings are admitted without her consent. To feel tender affection for somebody, for example, a close relative or friend, or for something such as a place, an ideal, or an animal, it does not just mean sexual desire. “Mom, Dad, I love you,” or “I love you, sis.” or even “You’re my brother and I love you.” it does not mean you want to hop into bed and ‘get it on’. I just want to smack anyone who cannot admit that you can say. However, Caim loved his sister as a sister so much that he did about anything to protect her, even take up arms against his childhood friend. You know you do not have to be incestuous to love your sibling or even your parent, I understand that people have a hard time with incest for the sheer fact that God is so opposing to it and everybody wants to go to heaven when they die. Number 1: I had a hard time staying unnerved by the idea that many people believe that Caim had no love towards his sister in any sense. Thank goodness for Youtube and their already posted cut-scenes. ![]() ![]() Okay so the real problem with the game is the tedious mission and air battles. The topic is Drakengard, a horrible game in my opinion, but a wonderful storyline, the very thought of replaying the game just to find some justification from what I remember just makes me nauseous, but it must be done so sooner or later I will march off to Blockbuster which just happens to rent out this game. Okay, I am a little irked after reading some forums.
